The International Industrial Forum has been held since 2014 in Cherepovets, one of the largest industrial centers in Northwestern Russia and the birthplace of leaders in the metallurgical and chemical industries — PJSC Severstal and JSC Apatit.

Traditionally, the forum brings together representatives of business, government, and academia to address issues related to the development of the economy, entrepreneurship, and the manufacturing sector in particular. The 2024 Forum, Horizon 2050, aims to bridge the realities of the present with future development scenarios, defining vectors for the growth of the economy and enterprises in the short and medium term.

The event is organized by the Government of the Vologda Region, the Cherepovets City Administration, and the Agency for Urban Development (founded by PJSC Severstal and the Cherepovets City Administration), with the support of regional business associations, including the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the Union of the Vologda Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Business Russia, and OPORA Russia.

Participation in the forum's business program is free of charge. Registration is required.
